This is our newest pedal and we are really excited about it. The Spring Fever Pedal is reminiscent of a vintage tube, long spring reverb unit with three easy to use controls. It has 3 analog amplifers. One for the dry guitar signal, one in front of the spring module to warm it up, and an analog amplifier on the output to warm it up again.
- Volume Control - This is a transparent line boost that can give more gain if desired that works well as an end of a chain boost.
- Reverb Control - It works like a dwell control that puts more signal to the spring simulator
- Mix Control - Mixes the wet and dry signal
- Power 9-volt center pin ground input jack 2.1mm (no battery).
Important: It is not recommended to use the Boss PSA-120s power supply. The Spring Fever pedal may not match up and operate as well with this power supply.
- All power supplies are not created equal. You must use a quality regulated DC 9 volt (negative center pin) power supply for quiet operation. An isolated ground supply like Voodoo Labs is even better. Some power supplies add excess noise and high pitch oscillation with ToneCandy pedals. This is not coming from the pedal. It is from the power supply. You will not notice it as much on an overdrive pedal because it is already producing distortion that can cover up noise.
We have had success with these Power supplies:
1. Any Voodoo Labs power supply.
2. Godlyke PA-9S-US Power-All 9V Digital Power Supply works well.
3. Onespot power supply.
4. Danelectro Da-1 ac adaptor.

This is our biggest selling overdrive pedal. We let players try it out at 2 vintage guitar shows and got 100% approval from everyone. This pedal can go from very low to a medium high sweet singing distortion. This pedal really defines the notes being played and is very touch sensitive. It has a dark voicing that enhances the mid-low frequencies like an old class A amplifier, perfect for fattening up combo amps. We have also added a Bright Boost switch to deliver even more tone variations. We have gig tested this pedal for 6 months. It sounds the same at gig volume as it does in a small room at low volume. You will love this pedal!

All ToneCandy pedals have amp like touch sensitivity and they clean up when you turn down your guitar volume control.

The pedal circuit is a 3 stage class A analog preamp using discrete components. There are no digital chips or opamps in this circuit. I use top quality FET transistors, capacitors and resistors to shape the tone for each preamp stage.
This pedal produces a very transparent overdrive that retains the sound and characteristics of your amp. It produces a fat saturated highly overdriven Maximum Boost tone, even at lower volume levels. It also does not lose its bottom and tone at lower volume settings. This pedal was previously called the Max Overdrive/Distortion and has the same sound as the Max Boost of our ToneCandy 2-switch Double Overdrive/Distortion Pedal.

A very transparent overdrive and distortion guitar pedal designed specifically for tube amplifiers that retains the sound and characteristics of your amp. It produces a sweet singing Medium Boost tone, and a fat highly overdriven Maximum Boost tone, even at lower volume levels. It also does not lose its bottom and tone at lower volume settings. Your neighbors and nightclub managers won't yell at you anymore to turn it down. You can get just the tone you want at any volume.

- Fat-4 Switch
A 4-way rotary switch that selects 4 different degrees of low-end fatness. This dials the pedal into your guitar and amp setup. It selects 4 different input tones to compensate for the guitar pickup and the amp/speaker cabinet combination that is being used.

This pedal is a very transparent boost with tons of headroom and only produces slight distortion. It boosts all frequencies without changing the characteristics of your amp. Great for Rockabilly, Country, Jazz, Blues, or for Rock players that want more edge on their sound. It makes overdriven master volume amps just scream. It was built to provide a big boost to your overall sound. It also works well with other overdrive pedals. Put this in front of a Tubescreamer and it gets huge fat tone.
